LUNDYS LANE

This project began as little more than a hollowed-out shell—an abandoned structure barely standing, propped up on the inside by a few pieces of wood. A ragged blue tarp draped over half the front facade, attempting to conceal a massive gaping hole where the house had been torn open. Tangled in red tape and left in limbo, the home had been stripped of not only its structural integrity, but nearly everything inside—it was, quite literally, an empty box.

We came in and helped the homeowner rebuild the house from the foundation up. What was once an unsafe eyesore on a quiet street in Bernal Heights was transformed—restored to its original charm while integrating modern design elements that reflect today’s living standards. The result is a home that feels both timeless and renewed, grounded in its history but ready for the future.
